how to receive an external ip with sip transparent router

Hello
first i must say that the PBX looks like a wonderful application, but unfortunately i can't use it since I have a sip-transparent router!?!?!? I've got a ix67 surfinbird which can act as a sipserver. the ix67 does not like stun at all (since it's sip-transparent). So do any one know how to "tell" the application "i dont need the stun use xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx as external ip or even better use my.dnsaddress.com". I've tried to set LocalSubnets in the ini_file to 192.168.0.40/50,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx but with no success.

Edit How to a turn off/restart the PBX? i tried to kill it and restart the 3CXPhoneSystem.exe

You can restart the 3CX services in Services and Application
