How to restrict calls on a group of users

Hello all 3CX experts;

Does anyone know that is there a way to restrict a group of users to make calls from 3CX account.
For example; 10 of 3CX users only allow to use Chats, Web Conference features of 3CX but no phone call allow.

Because 3CX is based on SC (simultaneous call), no matter it is for internal or external, I want to limit the calls make by a group of users.

Please let me know if you know 3CX can do it or not.

Strange question, strange way to search to solve a problem.

If 3CX users have phones for no use at all or just for dust on it, let the phone in the box this is easiest way to admin your SC

Supported solution:
yogurt pots connected by strings works well, but only on LAN, take care on crossing lines,
some interference may occur if codec are not the same both ends

@aws2p is right, why do they have phones in the first place? Since internal to internal calls also count against the SC limit it seems pointless what you are trying to accomplish. But what you are looking for is on the Options tab per extension.
