How to setup unlisted voip provider?

I would like to set up my voip provider but am having no luck registering. These are the settings I have from them.:
User ID: 1250412767
Password : mnopqr
Proxy Server Address: did.voicenetwork.ca
Stun Server: stun.voicenetwork.ca

I am able to register in "Trixbox" using:
1250412767:[email protected]/1250412767

I would appreciate any help.

have you check which port they need you to use? 5060 is default,but it can be 5065.
Also do they have an outbound proxy?
What about sip registration timeout?
Are you sure there systesm work with 3CX?
