Solved How to unregister an old/replaced device?

Greetings, all.

Recently I replaced my mobile device but neglected to sign out of the 3CX app prior to factor resetting it. Now seeing these errors in event log:



Can anyone advise on how to remove an old device that's no longer in use?

Hi @precmfg

If you want to remove the extension from the old device, what you can do is go to Users >> select the user and click the reset button.

This will reset all passwords for that extension, but it will also log out the extension from all mobile devices, including the old device.
