Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where the FQDN of my 3CX server does not resolve to the correct IP address. How can I fix this?

Thank you,

In Network Settings change your External IP Configuration from Static to Dynamic. Wait for the FQDN to update and then you can change it back. If already on Dynamic restart the services (or the server itself) and confirm you don't have another installation with the same key somewhere.

You may need to restart the PBX services after the change to expedite the process. Of course this will only work if you have a 3CX FQDN.

Yeah there was another installation with the same domain name. After removing that and restarting all my 3CX services it seems to have cleared the issue. I cannot set it to DHCP and back to static as I do not have physical access. Thank you for the quick and helpful responses.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread.
