so it appears i'm well capable of installing 3CX and configuring it.. but absolutely pants at using it..

How can I merge 2 calls to make a conference?

The other day I were on the phone, parked call A and called B. Then I didnt know what to do

What is the correct procedure?

I just tried the now and when I hit conference and called the other person it went right in to the conference without me merging.

theres no attended conferencing? just straight up wham youre in?

maybe hold the first caller, not push him in a park slot, haven't tested
