How to use CSTA, admin guide ?

Hello Community,

I need to connect 3CX v16 with the CSTA-enabled CRM of a client. It seem many of you manage to do that, but I a not able to find any doc anout the "how to"?
Could someone send me a link with real-life explanations ?

I am disapointed on this, beacuse I usually love the 3CX user/admin guides.

Under your Settings category, if you choose CRM integration and pick a CRM Provider from the list, then the next screen conveniently gives you a link to a guide for that CRM like so. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately this is a clic-by-click guide for officially supported CRMs only. If I wish to create a connector for a brand new new CRM (and maybe certify it later) I need more technical informations (especially about CSTA).

Is someone succeded in connecting a third-party CRM with CSTA?

Hello Guillaume,

CSTA is only supported for remote control of some phones. Not for CRM integration.

At the moment, the only option you have is integrating via a REST API provided by your CRM, or connecting to the CRM database if it's MsSQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
