Hi Friends,
We have some call queues, but the problem ,the queue recording only allow caller to select if we can recording. But we want to recording everything ,and the recording can be managed by a user. So we add the call queue agents in one group, not queue, and set me as group manager , but I can't see our member recordings. What's exactly issue is? The queue call will not reflect in group, or something i don't find it? But the recordings still available in console.

actually i am asking where i can see the recording ,not to how to grant permission .and the permission also belong to me. But i get two answers . it's only visible in Webclient
You can see it in both management console and webclient currently, but you should get used to the webclient.

Lets continue in the other thread.

I have a customer that needs to provide their clients with call recordings from 3CX and the recordings must include a pre-recorded Miranda letting callers know their calls are being recorded. 3CX told me this couldn't be done since recordings start at the extension so I came up with this method to capture everything:

Call initiates at a Ring Group which includes several phantom (record all calls) extensions. The number of phantoms needed will vary based on call volume. These phantom extensions all have a mobile number equal to the Queue and are set to Ring Mobile Simultaneously. You would also want to hide these phantoms from the Webclient. Calls hit the Ring Group, which finds the first available recorded phantom, which records the call and simultaneously dials the Queue. No need to record the Queue itself. This phantom remains on the call through the entirety which is why you would need a phantom extension per simultaneous call expected. If you use one phantom extension it will record the first call but wouldn't be available to record again until the first call ends. You can also use this same method to play and record a Miranda for direct calls to extensions but it does require more work. Calls hit the Ring Group, which finds the first available recorded phantom, which records the call and simultaneously dials a Digital Receptionist. The Digital Receptionist plays the Miranda then drops to the specific extension. Yes, this requires a Digital Receptionist and several phantoms per extension, but it beats losing a sale IMO. Since this is technically a conference call between the caller, the recorded extension, and the end destination, the caller loses the ability to bypass the Miranda with DTMF. This ensures we get the Miranda on every call recording. Since the Digital Receptionist is unique to the extension DTMF isn't needed in the first place. Example. I'm extension 1000 and I have phantom extensions 4001 through 4005. Ring group 2000 includes the 5 phantoms (4001-4005). The phantom extensions have mobile number 3000 assigned to them and are set up to Ring Mobile Simultaneously. 3000 is a Digital Receptionist that plays a Miranda, then sends the call to extension 1000. Calls start at Ring Group 2000, 2000 hits 4001 which simultaneously calls 3000. Caller hears the Miranda and is transferred to extension 1000. Extension 1001 would have a similar setup; Phantoms 4006-4010, Ring Group 2001, Digital Receptionist 3001. This would allow each of us to have up to 5 simultaneous calls recorded. Keep in mind that if I transfer one of those calls, that recorded extension remains with that call until it ends. Extensions 1000 and 1001 are not recorded.

Please initiate a new thread, Thanks.

Holy smokes that's an amazing workflow. I'm seriously impressed with your workaround and never thought to use 3CX like this.

Our solution is WAY easier to implement. We have two tools that could solve the problem of having the "your call is being recorded" message included in the recording.

3CX Recording Beep, and 3CX Agent greeting both recognize when a call is answered and barge into the active call and automatically play a message. Since this is an active call, the barge message will be included in the recording of the call.
