Solved How would a call go from a Parking Orbit to another Parking Orbit?

Had a client this morning complain that they transferred a call to a colleague but when the colleague tried to pick up, he got empty parking spot.

When I looked at the logs, it appears that the parked call transferred itself to another parking spot. How would this occur?

Hi @GWA,

It appears that the caller probably hung up and at that moment, your client pressed SP1, not hearing anything they pressed SP2 and connected the two together.

I just tested this myself, and you would be correctly that's how it shows up in my logs.
