HT-503 not outbound calls

I would double check all of the gateway settings, obviously, it is unable to send out any call on the line. I have seen things like that happen when the phone line is seen as being busy, either because it was, or the linecord was open, or incorrect settings.

Check the stage dialing on the fxo port. If it is set to 2 change it to 1.
I Had the same issue and with this modification I solved the problem!
Thanks!

P.S. I was just enabled to outgoing call if I called 0+call-button and then the telephone number; if I dialed 0+telephone-number I got occuped tone.

Have a nice day!

You are sure that port 5062 is in both the trunk setting of 3CX, and the PSTN line on the device?

A "service unavailable" can sometimes be the result of the gateway sensing the phone line being in use (low voltage on the phone line) , or simply not connected (no voltage, incorrect cord?). The 3102 shows the line voltage detected on the status page.
