Hi,

we are trying to provision a Patton FXS gateway and a Gigaset DECT Base. This fails on both devices.
If we try to access the provisioning url (http://somelink.my3cx.de:5000/somelink.cfg) wie get an error SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG.
So the two devices are not able to provision.

Is there any fix / help?

Regards
Thomas

Thank you for the quick reply.
The link is in the format you posted, I just changed the parts to keep some privacy.
The problem is the redirection from http@5000 to https@5000 and then the error in the browser occurs.
If I take https@5001 the xml is opening.
The gigaset base is not able to use ssl :(

I hope I explained our problem now a little bit more clear ;)

Exactly which Gigaset DECT are you trying to provision, is it remote or Local to the PBX?

Also, it is probably the browser switching to https so whatever you put on the Gigaset should've stayed that way for the gigaset.

It's a N720 DM PRO, Version 116.
The DECT_Manager is remote to the PBX. But I only "Local" is available to choose.
It seems to be a bug as we have the same problem on our lab pbx.
