I am getting 12294 - calls not going out on a lot of calls recently
Call or Registration to +1xxxxxxxxxx@(Ln.10001@Voxtelesys) has failed. sip:1.12.123.11:5060;lr replied: Decline (603)
Anyone know what's wrong? No changes on our end.

Providing an update on this thread:

While the standard registration with Free Caller Registry (https://freecallerregistry.com/fcr/) was successful, our investigation with the partner found a local (LEC) carrier with a separate block on their number. The customer was able to complete a separate form/submission directly with the LEC which resolved the local issue.
