i am having phone issues

how do i fix the issue where i am on available status on my 3cx but when someone calls me on my direct line it goes to voicemail

but when you dial me on the profile on 3cx it connects?
its been frustrating me all morning. help would be appreciated to getting it fixed

It's entirely possible your available status is set for outside calls to straight to voicemail. It can also have nothing to do with your profile with the DID rule configured to straight to your voicemail.

how would i fix it? my colleagues can manage to get to me internally but if they transfer a call it goes to voicemail

You'd have to edit your available profile and make sure the setting for outside callers is set to ring your phone.
