I can hear the caller, they cant hear me

3CX soft phone for Windows is giving me a problem. I can hear the caller, but they cant hear me - i need help please

Hi Waylon,

Kindly run the firewall checker and let me know if it passes the test. Also in order to investigate further your issue, we shall need a Wireshark capture.
Download Wireshark from http://www.wireshark.org and install on the server.
Then start a capture ensuring that all the network adapters involved are selected.
