Solved I can receive inbound calls, but I cannot make outbound calls (3CX Hosted on AWS, Telnyx SIP)

As the title says, I can receive inbound calls and it rings all of the proper extensions just fine. This is fantastic because that is the main functionality we needed for our operation. We can even send SMS messages just fine (though we have to manually add +1 to the numbers, which is a pain point I am trying to figure out how to bypass, but it's not a huge issue at the moment.)

Our main issue is in making outbound calls. When we place the call (from mobile app, desktop app, and IP Phones), we are unable to connect and get a message that says "Forbidden" I have followed tutorials for setting outbound rules from both the 3CX resources and Telnyx. I am just stuck right now unfortunately :/

If there is any info I can provide to help someone out there help me, please let me know! I will be monitoring this thread ver closely today so delays in responses should be very minimal.

I got off the phone with them just a little bit ago and they opened a ticket, but they told me everything seems to be good on their side. They are investigating at the moment.

Update: Telnyx support said they are seeing this error:

403 Caller Origination Number is Invalid D35

Ok so for anyone that comes across this particular issue, it was a noob mistake. I was setting the outbound caller ID as the name of my business, not the phone number. I was not aware that outbound caller ID was different from the outbound CAN, which would be the name of my business. I have removed my business name from the outbound caller ID field, and now my calls are working perfect.
