Hi @kidarm

Is the server running?

Could you tell us what Update your 3CX installation is currently on?
You can see this by logging into the 3CX Management Console, and in the Dashboard on the panel that is on the right in the same line as the license.

Enterprise Annual
Version Number16.0.619

Ok, so the reason why the upgrade from the Instance Manager is failing may have something to do with the upgrade also failing from the Management Console.
In the OP you said that the upgrade fails even from the server GUI (I assume you meant he Management Console).

Could you tell us what error you are getting when you try to upgrade when you log into your Management Console --> Settings --> Updates, and perform the update? Are you getting an error message in an email?

[EDIT]
Before attempting to perform the Update again, please go to Settings --> License, here press the "Edit" button, then OK. If it throws any error about missing information, please fill in all fields first, then press OK again.

A problem occurred and 3CX Phone System was not updated successfully.

Your installation at myfqdn.3cx.com encountered a problem and the update was not successful. The system was rolled back to the previous version.

Attached is the update log files which contain information about why the update failed.

Try and perform the update one more time. Chances are that the update will succeed. If not, contact support and send the log files.

3CX recommends that your installation is always running the latest version. In addition to potential security fixes, updates include new or enhanced features, better compatibility with SIP Trunks and IP Phones. These will improve the stability of your system.
