Solved I disabled WebMeeting on all users now it won't work when I turn it back on

Hi there, under extension options I disabled Allow user to organize 3CX Webmeeting Video Conferences on all users as I didn't want them to use it. That then changed it so when they would click WebMeeting they'd just see this:

I now need to use it, so I unchecked that box on my extension, however nothing I do will make it work, it only shows that message in the screenshot. I even tried making a brand new extension and when they click WebMeeting it just goes to a blank page like shown here: https://imgur.com/a/3t4LA

Hello @checkinyyz

Are you trying to start the web meeting from the web client? If so have you tried from a 3CX client for windows? Have you tried restarting the services of the PBX to see if that resolves the issue?

Basically what I've done is click the start webmeeting button on the 3CX Client which takes you to the website that gives that meeting not found message. Or from the webclient I click webmeeting and then it also gives that error message there. Then for the new extension I created if I click webmeeting in the webclient it just shows that blank page.

I have not tried restarting the PBX services yet as too many people are on the phone but I can definitely give that a try this evening when less people will be using the phone.

I restarted the PBX and same thing, this is all it does when clicking WebMeeting from 3CX Softphone or from the WebClient:

Okay I rebooted 3 times and now it works haha thanks!

Well check into it. If the same thing occurs again, a restart of the 3CX System Service should suffice to rectify this.
