I don't want voicemail disabled message

Hi,

We don't have personal voicemails. When a phone is busy we get a "voicemail is disabled for this extension" is it possible to turn this off and just play a busy tone?

Yes, in the Management console, go to Settings/ System Prompts Settings search for VMLDSBL and replace voicemail_disabled.wav with the destination_isbusy.wav, number_is_busy.wav or record a file you want to use

Hi Stephan,

Since you don't use voicemail, you have to change your forwarding destinations for all your extensions to go to End Call.

The solution @TBWD gave may be easier though if you already have a large number of extensions.

Otherwise, make a new extensions to be used as a template and then copy it to the rest (by recreating them)

Thanks, you can also select all extensions, then edit and go to the forwarding tab. so you can change all extensions at the same time

As we are on VM subject is there a way in 3CX to get simple voicemail without option to leave a message ?
If not , it surely be a small change in 3CX to add this in extensions as available settings?
