Does iCal offer Calendar - status synchronization?
if not, is there a roadmap for this feature?

Please elaborate in more detail as to what you mean. Are you referring to the ical files generated when scheduling a meeting or something else?

Correct, when creating a meeting with iCal will my extension status go to DND at the time of the meeting?
Does this feature exist?

This will work only if you have Office 365 integration.

The method is that your Office profile will load the iCal, and set itself to "Busy"

Then, the Calendar Sync feature of 3CX will read the status of your O365 profile as busy, and set you as DND.
