ID 4101 Extension DialCode is unregistered

I get this error messaged emialed to me

ID 4101 Extension DialCode is unregistered, removed contact:sip[email protected]:5488

And the system stops working entirely. Phone calls can't be received or made. I can't even access the 3CX PC via the browser or via remote desktop, even when on the same LAN.

I temporarily fixed it with a power button reboot, but an hour later I got the error again the system stopped working and stopped being accessible again.

Any ideas?

What are the server specs? # of NIC Cards? IP scheme?

1 Nic card. Its on the 10.2.10.0 network. 64 bit windows 7 machine.

Can you post more of the logfiles around this error?
Also, ensure NIC Card has only 1 IP Address.

NIC card has only 1 address. System seems to just suddenly want to reboot and then can't find the proper reboot file and just freezes in a dos-like screen. Log files don't show anything unusual.

This sounds like more of a Windows issue.
Maybe a bad network card and/or driver ?
Is it using the Windows driver or the NIC Mfg driver ?

I think you're right. I 'm going to rebuild a new server. Where do I go to download the version of 3CX that I have? Small Business Edition 8SC. Product Code 3CXPSSB. I have a license key. the only downloads I can find are for the free version.
