I've upgrade the system in to release 20. In the V18 I had configured one virtual short number with a transfert call active to Post operator and now this function work only if the extension is registred on the 3cx system. If I call the virtual station the transfert working fine bat if I call the ID sip doesn't work. Now how work around I deleted the virtual station and I create a new real analogic station in the ATA and like these if call the extension or the ID sip every thing working fine. Is Correct that i must have for shure one registered extensions for the id sip function? Why the system check if the extension is registreder for work? Anyone can help me?
