Is there a way or a report that can be generated to measure the talktime of the caller/callee per call? or any recommendations on where/how we can achieve this?
Thanks for responding, I'm trying to look at for example on a single call.. how much talk time did the customer talked and how much talk time did the staff talked for the duration of the call.
Umm, yeah this is not possible without some serious violations of privacy. You'd basically have to record all calls and then have some sort of AI to go through the recordings to determine how much talking happened during a given call length. In PBX reporting the 'talk' time is considered the time from then the call was answered to when it was hung-up minus any hold/ringing time as the call flows through the system. What you are are asking for is not native to any PBX I know of and you have to make sure you have all the legal requirements checked as far as consent.
