Hello,

In the manager i can't change the extension default 20 seconds by de tab forward rules "If I do not answer calls within:"

When i set the "If I do not answer calls within:" to 40 and click OK and return to that extension, de "If I do not answer calls within:" is set to the default 20.

I have this also on other installations.

Can you please let us know the version of the PBX you are running and the browser you are using to perform these changes? If you are not already, try using chrome to make these changes or try from an incognito tab to avoid any caching issues.

I used firefox and try to set a new value with the arrows next to the field. That don't saves the new value. The solution for me was to click on the tab after entering the new value before clicking ok.

There is a known issue with firefox and spinners. You need to click in the value box to activate the value before clicking ok.
