Hi all,
Wonder if this is possible.
When our users are out-of-the office, they enable theit do-not-disturb.
In 3CX each user has a rule that forwards then the calls to their mobile phone.
Works for months now.
But what could be even more handy is that it they don't answer their mobile phone, the 3CX takes the call back and forwards it to their voicemail.
The voicemail is then forwarded to their mailbox as an attachment.
I tried already different ways, but didn't manage to make it work.
Tx in advance
M
PS: Obvious that the voicemail of their mobile phone (provider) is disabled then. Just the 3CX mailbox would be used.
