When I make a call with an invalid number or a long distance that is not one. The provider plays me a message that the number is invalid or that I do not have to do the 1 before the number.
However this provider sends me a sendonly and this has the impact that the 3CX plays music on hold instead of the provider's Videotron message.

When I trace, I can hear the message from the provider.

Does he have a way around this? Or to make a configuration that I will be able to hear the message from the provider even if he sends me a sendonly?

I asked the supplier to change it but he tells me that it is not possible.

Here what it is send after the invite.

Receiving the 183 Session Progress should result in a media path being opened so that you can hear the recording, as per...https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-sip-183-00.txt

The fact that you hear 3CX music on hold would suggest that a 3CX trunk setting, for that provider, is not correct. Did you make any changes from the default (trunk) settings when you installed it?

How are your outbound rules setup?
numbers that do not match a length of a phone number should not have an outbound rule unless you strip or prepend digits like in the USA with are codes.

outbound rule:
11 digits
route 1 sip trunk strip 1 digit

No I didn't changed anything. The problem, it send me "sendonly" parameter in session progress like it's going to play MOH...

I have found other post about this problem, I don't know why 3CX decided to play it's own MOH and not the audio it received from other system or provider.

The things it is if I dial a non valid number I should ear this number doesn't exist and not the 3CX MOH

what do you get when you dial 000000000000000000

in the activity log you should see errors:
(C:11356): No known route from Extn: to target
(C:11356): from Extn: to 000000000000000000 doesn't match any outbound rule.
