I have tried everything I know to import a csv of my business contacts. I have made sure the column headers are the same, etc but it keeps giving me an error message and says wrong csv, required columns are not found: mobile. I don't understand. I have tried to make a dummy contact like support on 3cx says and then export it so I have all the right column labels, but there is no export button, only an import. I have tried to make a support ticket, but when I click on the login in the far right and see my account and options such as add system, my systems, support, etc, no matter what I click and even though I am signed in, it takes me back to the portal login page and tells me a subscription is required and asks me to either create one or delete mine. This is so frustrating! Please help!

it could be a formatting issue in one of your data fields. maybe a special character is in the mobile field? i've done quite a few massive imports of contacts for customers and your process is right. make a contact, export, copy/paste the info you need into the file, save and import. that should have worked. i suspect something is changing up the formatting of your CSV file or there's a weird character in there.

I know what it said about exporting the dummy contact, but I don't have the option to export at all so I can't try that. Can you by chance send me a sample of the export form with the correct columns so I CAN try? I can't seem to find it anywhere online without being able to do the export.

Thank you!! That solved the problem and I was able to upload. I have spent 2 days tryig to figure it all out and it was just that simple once I had the form. Again, thanks!
