Reference: https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/importing-dids/
I need to create hundreds of rules and did's for a new trunk so I have been looking into the csv import feature in rules. I started by doing an export and comparing that against the documentation above, it's pretty straightforward but I do have a question regarding the PORTS field. Here's what the documentation above says:
PORTS INSERT THE PORTS that you want to create DID's for in [ ] [10000][10013]] [PORT NUMBER aka VIRTUAL EXTENSION NUMBER
We have two trunks, and there are rules for both. In the csv export rules for the first trunk have the PORTS field as [10000], while rules referencing the second one are [10001]. Where is this number referenced in the 3cx setup? What is it? A kind of trunk id? Aside from inferring from a csv export, where can I see these numbers within 3cx? The documentation seems to suggest that you can have more than one of these in a rule, is this true? Would it create multiple rules if you did so?
Thanks.
