Impressed with 3CX

I am a novice with PBX systems. I recently discovered 3CX after doing some searches online. I. Am. Impressed. What an awesome system! So far, I have been able to do everything myself. And the documentation so far is amazing! I was frustrated beyond belief with FreePBX and felt like RingCentral was taking me to the cleaners.

I'm glad you love it! 3CX is a wonderful platform as a PBX. I've played with many many different PBXs and I kept coming back to 3CX. Easy to configure and use, support for lots of phones and gateways, many SIP trunk providers, etc. There are some amazing things you can do and when you can't, CallFlow is probably going to do it.

Of course, some features are still missing when you compare to some others but many of those have workaround or are already in development.

And yes, the team will see your post they help everyone a lot here and we also help each other!
