I'm having a problem with in and outbound calls dropping frequently. Using version 3 w/ Grandstream GXP2000 and MP114 FXO Gateway.

the Problem is not unique to any one extension, happens on at least three of them so far.

Server status for the last outbound occurrence is:

16:15:50.781 StratLink::onHangUp [CM104001] Call(68): Ln:10000@Gateway 1 hung up call; cause: BYE; reason: Q.850 ;cause=316
16:14:56.578 CallLegImpl::onConnected [CM103001] Call(68): Created audio channel for Ln:10000@Gateway 1 (192.168.2.110:6000) with Media Server (192.168.2.103:7236)
16:14:56.562 StratInOut::onConnected [CM104005] Call(68): Setup completed for call from Ext.104 to Ln:10000@Gateway 1
16:14:56.562 CallLegImpl::onConnected [CM103001] Call(68): Created audio channel for Ext.104 (192.168.2.102:5004) with Media Server (192.168.2.103:7234)
16:14:40.328 CallConf::onProvisional [CM103003] Call(68): Ln:10000@Gateway 1 is ringing
16:14:40.015 CallConf::onIncoming [CM103002] Call(68): Incoming call from 104 (Ext.104) to sip:[email protected]

Please notice we got about 4 seconds out of this call. Can anyone tell me what the BYE reason means and/or offer some suggestions?

I suspect you gateway "line listening" level set too low so gateway "thinks" that call has done.
Try to play with line Rx and TX level on your gateway.

can some one provide more information on this issue. I am having the same problem with snom 360 phones and mp114
