Inbound call rings once and then goes to voicemail - Issue with cell phone app

I have recently upgraded to v20. My system is a VM on VMware 8.0 on the latest release. It has 2 CPU and 2GB of RAM. The hard drive is on a NVMe hard drive. I also installed the NTP service and verified that the time is correct.

I can answer the call properly if I hit it in time. If I don't get to it then it will ring once and then go to voicemail.

I am testing from my cell phone which also has the app installed. I removed the app from my android phone and the ringing is working properly now.

What am I missing so I can get it to ring on the Windows app (latest version from the app store and old client uninstalled) and my cell phone android app?

Do you have ring my mobile check in the extension settings? This rings your cell phone through the gsm provider.

The app on your phone sees your cell phone gsm start to ring so it cancels the call in 3CX. Hence the one ring because gsm takes a few seconds to start ringing

Thanks for the quick response. Sorry for my delay.

I am looking through the new Windows app and I don't see that as an option.

In the Admin app under the extension I don't have a cell phone listed and also don't see that option.

Before my upgrade the Windows app and my Android app would both ring and I could answer on either app.

Just to confirm, the button here "Also ring my mobile" is not checked (for all status's that are used)?

If it's grayed out, that's because there's no mobile number defined, and that's fine as well.

With the android app removed from your cell phone, does an incoming call cause your cell phone to ring?

With the Android app removed the Windows app rings properly and my cell phone does not ring. I don't want it to ring my cell phone but the Android app like it used to. I travel frequently so my cell phone SIM is not always in my phone.
