Hi Everyone,

Hoping you can help with an issue I have here. I think it may be after applying the latest service packs, inbound calls no longer work. I am running 3CX version 9, was on SP3, now on SP5a. My set up is as follows:

POTS phone line --> Linksys SPA3102 (10.5.1.3) --> 3CX (10.5.1.5) --> Linksys SPA2102 (10.5.1.4) --> Analogue phone

If I set the incoming call on the POTS line to go direct to my extension (101), it just keeps ringing. Here are the logs:

Code:
421 [CM503016]: Call(19): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]:5060> failed. Reason: Not Acceptable HereReason Unknown
22:33:57.406 [CM503003]: Call(19): Call to sip:[email protected] has failed; Cause: 488 Not Acceptable Here; warning: Media type not available; from IP:10.5.1.4:5060

22:33:57.312  [CM503001]: Call(19): Incoming call from 288997890@(Ln.10000@Phone Line) to <sip:[email protected]:5060>

If a call comes in via a VOIP line, it works fine. Its only a problem coming through the POTS line on the Linksys SPA3102.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers, Hugh.

The quickest way to resolve this is to do a reset of the Linksys SPA3102 and get 3CX to provision it and see if that sorts it out.

Codec issue?

thats what i thought, but it should default to g711 unless changed by the user

Re-provisioning the SPA3102 worked. Thanks for your help.
