I've setup my first 3CX system for a customer and most things are working. Two of the extensions are in a queue that receives inbound calls from the trunk with the public DID. There is welcome message (essentially 'we are on other calls and will be with you shortly"). While the customer handsets ring immediately for an incoming call the caller hears nothing for a second or two then the welcome message plays. The customer would like the caller to hear one or two rings before the message plays.
I can't see anywhere obvious to me to be able to do this.
I 'thought' maybe I create a Hunt group that rings for say 5 seconds then transfers calls to the queue.
Does anyone have any suggestions on enabling a ringtone for the callers?
3CX Version, Professional 16.0.8.9
Server OS, Debian
Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted by 3CX Reseller
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Grandstream GXP2160
Provisioning Method: SBC
Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, NetVault SIP Trunk
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO
