Hi Guys, i've been testing out 3CX 7 Free recently and was tinkering with some settings. But I have run into some problems

My Setup

2 SIP Lines from VOIP Provider
1 Sipura SPA-2000 2FXS (Both Used)
1 LG-Nortel Ip Phone
1 Dlink ATA
Windows XP SP2
Windows IIS Server
3CX Ver. 7

Anyways i've been adjusting these settings for it to work however when an outbound call comes though to the the IVR it waits 5 seconds and disconnects the line. When I call from an internal phone (extension) to the IVR it should work as it supposed to.

Code:

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Run the 3CX firewall checker to start troubleshooting.
Then can you provide more info?

Are incoming calls coming in through the SPA2000 or from the VOIP provider?
What is the d-link ATA doing?

Anyways i've been adjusting these settings for it to work however when an outbound call comes though to the the IVR it waits 5 seconds and disconnects the line.

Do you mean an external call coming into the 3CX system?

i've been testing out 3CX 7 Free recently and was tinkering with some setting

What did you play with and what did you change?

It may be easier to start again with a clean install and take notes of what you are doing - also change things one at a time then test so you are able to reverse the changes.

Hi thanks for your reply....

Yes I do get the call when I set it to dial an extension rather then the IVR.

External meaning calling the voip line that I have installed on 3CX. Internal meaning me calling 804 from an extension to hear the IVR.

Hope that makes sense

Hi

I would recommend you try to eliminate the unsupported devices, namely Linksys SPA, Nortel and Dlink. Then test using 3CX VOIP Client or XLite and see if the issue still persists. That way we eliminate any unknowns from the equation.

Let us know the outcome...and paste the Verbose log of such a call from Inbound INVITE to IVR to destination

Okay i've unplugged all the devices and used x-lite. Still the same problem

I think that shows that you have an older version of 3CX - the current version is 7.0.4744

There is more info in the logs above what you posted - can you place another call and post everything including the "Call is terminated"
