Inbound External Call Recording

Is there a way to record the inbound external calls only? The "Record External calls only" option records both inbound and outbound calls and client would only like inbound recording.

I have not heard of an option to record external calls made in only one direction. I believe it is all, or nothing. they will simply have to delete/ignore the calls they don't want to review.

Unfortunately no, all the external calls will be recorded.

I would suggest the Ideas section for this though.
