Incoming Call Answered, drops and moves to different phone

[TSlocum]

We've got a ring group with a few users. This morning, a call came in, but rang only one of the phones in the group. They answered and the call dropped, but moved to a different phone. Second phone picked up and it moved to another. What in the world would cause that?
