Hello @pacpac
You can have a notification about missed calls ti your extension or abandoned Queue calls but not for all incoming calls. The available notification settings can be found under Settings / Email / Notifications. The missed call notification can be configured through the individual extension settings in the Options tab.
Alternatively you could post this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.
If it is feasible to send all calls through a CFD, you could have the CFD send an email with call information. Alternatively, you could create a service on the 3CX server that utilizes the Call Control API to monitor all calls and send emails.
We are working on restoring full functionalityHi Yiannish_3CX, will give that a try. However, I cannot get the e-mail feature to work as from this morning. Had a look at the forum, and it appears there are some issues with the 3CX SMTP server, hope it will get solved soon.
I am not that familiar with PBXs..., what is a CFD?
