Incoming call POP UP (want to simply open a URL when call is answered)

Looking to pop up a browser window when a call comes in (the URL can be simple like: https://FQDN/incoming/2125551212). I find no examples on how to do this in the documentation except some vague references to a browser extensions (which seems less automated and something you would have to click on or have 3CX query directly). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Everything else has been well documented.

You need to use the DesktopApp, PWA or Webclient and use the ... > Settings > Integration > Open Custom URL, and set the Notify When to Connected.

NB.: This requires a Pro/Ent license.

Hello,

In your webclient or desktop app, under settings, Integration:

• Auto launch a custom contact URL using variables

You can add a contact URL (what you want to launch) and you can optionally use the two supported variables if needed, to pass a number and name along in the URL.

That's pretty much it, nothing too complicated
