Incoming calls are not forwarded to the extension

Hi,

i have a big problem:
We are still using the free version of the 3cx PBx Cloud based.
We are calling from Austria with the provider Tele2.
We now have the problem that calls to the outside work but the extension is not displayed.
Also, if the extension is then tried to call directly, is not forwarded but only passed on the head number. The logs are not completely visible here and also the documentation depends a bit. what do I have to set where to make it work?
I hope you can help me I am already in despair

Please note that Tele2 recently became a supported provider and a template is now included in the PBX. Make sure that you are using the 3CX template and follow the guide to ensure that you have added your DIDs in the correct format. https://www.3cx.com/docs/tele2-austrian-sip-trunk/

I assume you mean that the DID number, assigned to the extension as outside caller ID, is not being displayed at the called end? If this is the case...does your provider allow you to change outgoing caller ID? if yes, then there may be an option in the outbound trunk settings, that needs to change. those settings can determine where caller ID is taken from.

Tele 2 seems not interested to provide more information how to exactly set the outbound rules.

There are no Information how to correctly set the Outbound rules in Austria so also emergency numbers work.

Are there any Case i can copy any setting from another 3cx users.

from my point of view the 3cx is now useless.
I can provide more information if necessary.

If they, at least, provide a list of the number formats they accept (local, national, international, "special"), then creating outbound rules is not that difficult. It depends on how complicated you want them to be in order to restrict certain types of calls.

I want it simple as possible but my provider "Tele 2" allows only a certian pattern.

If you know the "pattern" that they accept, then creating rules is not that difficult. You simply remove access prefixes, if you use them, and prepend any required digits.
