Incoming calls Ok but unable to make outgoing calls

I have setup a 3cx system and with 2 different SIP providers. One is Skype Connect and the other is a local provider.
The local provider trunk works fine for both incoming and outgoing but the Skype Connect trunk will only work for incoming. Out going is not working.
Any idea?

The error msg in the 3cx is
Call or Registration to XXXXXXXX@(Ln.10000@Skype Connect) has failed. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxxreplied: 484 Address Incomplete; from IP:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060

The error on the 3cx softphone is
Call Failed, Unavailable.

So address incomplete would seem to imply the number you are sending out isn't formatted correctly.

I have the same outbound rules for the Skype Connect and my local provider.
The only difference is the DID number. One is +852 and the local provider is +65.
For the local provider trunk, i would just dial the number directly for the local calls and if for overseas, i will add in the +XXX country code before the number.

For Skype Connect, The outbound calls doesnt work regardless of adding the +xxx country code or not...

Not all providers want the number in the same format so just because it works with one doesn't mean it will work with the other. You'll need to reach out out to support for Skype Connect or look for their documentation as far as how to properly format the number to their liking.
