Solved Incoming calls straight to Voicemail

Hi All,

I am new to 3CX, I am facing an issue with incoming calls which will be going straight to voicemail for whatever reason (Not registered, forward to voicemail)

Attached Call Log below:



But Interesting thing is that extension 117 is an active user, I can make outgoing call from 117 successfully. Please help

Im using V20, hosted by 3CX.

Ensure that you have enabled notifications in the users weblcient by Clicking the bell icon top left corner.
