Solved Increasing On-Hold reminder time on Web Client / Windows App

Hi All,

I've tried searching some forums for this, as well as through some of the support Docs but couldnt find any info...

Are there any instructions, or docs on how we can increase the on-hold reminder time while using the web client / windows app?

I've seen that it can be done through the IP handsets (if that is being used).

Any info would be appreciated

This is not possible with the 3CX Apps and Web Client.
