Solved Initial configuration wordpress in loop

Hi all,
after I'm doing the initial configuration in WordPress of the live chat I receive the message that its complete (img1).
but as soon I click start, restart the all process... any ideas please ?

Can you give me the steps you're following so I can reproduce this?

What version of 3CX Live Chat are you using? What version of Wordpress?

What version of the 3CX PBX are you running?

3CX Live Chat Version 9.3.1
3CX Server 16.0.9 Professional Annual

The issue was related to cache, once the cache was cleared, the installation completed as normal. Feel free to open a new thread if you require any further assistance @RuiPereira.RP!
