Installation issue of call center in 3.0 alpha

I can't install call center in elastix 3.0 alpha. When i press install it showing "Not user allowed to access this content" on a pop-up page name register.I'm really confused how to get rid of this error.

Urgent help appreciated.

I have the same trouble here with latest ALPHA release and I have found no settings or options where to change this.

How can I download the add-ons to the box?

[Solved] Installation issue of call center in 3.0

You have to create a Organization to install ADDONS on elastix.

Step 1: Configure the EMail server properly in the EMAIL tab, give a REMOTE SMTP server which will be used to send the password to your organization email id.

Step 2: Goto System -> Users -> Organization -> Create New Organization
(Give all the required fields and save)

Step 3: You will receive a email with an autogenerated password

Step 4: Go to System -> Users -> select the organization -> check the permission for the "Resource " ADDON -> "Permit Access" to "Administrator" ->Save

Step 5: logout and login as the new user for the organization you created above using the password sent to your organization email id.

Step 6: Go to ADDONS tab and do the installatin ....Enjoy...!!!

This is a responce to a "PM" sent to me on this subject:

Sir,

Elastix 3.0 is still in Alpha/Beta stage.

One can not expect to have "ASAP" help when the software is still in these stages. I haven't even downloaded it yet myself. I know nothing about it. I am not one of the developers, but what I can tell you is that once it gets to the "Stable" release state there will more likely be some sort of help available, even possiblly from me.

Forums like this work on the basis that if you have extensive programming experience and are willing to donate some time in development and/or testing then feel good doing so and report back to the developers, but, if you have no real experience in programming and development then it's suggested (by those that do) that you wait till about two months after the software becomes stable release to expect any true assistance so that those developers/testers can gain some user experience with it.

Sending individual "PM's" to users on this forum really doesn't advance your potential (latent qualities or abilities that may be developed and lead to future success or usefulness) within the forum.
