Installing Wireshark for new install

We are about to install a new 3CX V16 server on a Windows 2016 server VM and want to add Wireshark. A couple of questions:

1) Should Wireshark be installed before or after 3CX?
2) Should WinPcap be installed (which is EOL) or Npcap or Npcap with WinPcap API Compatibility mode?

Install after installation of 3cx , in the link below it says it requires winpcap
