Solved Instance manage installed but does not show up in 3cx network partners instances page.

This is one of my keys that I have been granted as a reseller, it is v16 on lightsail, the instance manage shows as installed on the instance itself, but the instance does not show up in the network partners area instances management page, all my other keys do display, although some do display the wrong version of 3cx. Anyone else experience this?

The instance does have you marked as the reseller yes?

Hi @drewt

If you login to the portal with your affiliate email address, and this key is assigned to this account, and you are running a V16 Debian 3CX with Instance Manager enabled on it, then you should be able to view the machine in the Instances section of the portal
