Instance Manager installed but does not show up in 3cx network partners instances page

Out of the 14 assigned keys in my account only my 1 nfr license shows in the instance manager, they had all been displaying correctly up to now. I checked and the instances still have the instance manager enabled in the settings. Anyone know whats going on?

All my keys to show up in the installs page, just not the instance manager.

Hi,

If they were showing up before but they no longer do, I would suggest to check a couple of things for troubleshooting:

1) Connect to the partner portal via Chrome, using Incognito mode. Then when you click on "Instances" wait few moments for all the data to be retrieved and the instances to show up

2) Log in to those PBXs and ensure they are showing your Reseller name in the information box where they are Linked

3) Recheck the Instance manager, by disabling it, clicking OK to save, and then enabling it again.
