Not entirely sure if this is the correct sub-board to post this in, but this seemed closest to what I am looking for.
One of my clients had Google Speech transcription set up for 3CX V18 and it has not been working since we upgraded them to V20. When I check the Transcription page, I see Google Speech is selected with a red outline. So the client and I started going through the setup procedure as detailed here, which tells us to configure Google Cloud Storage in System > Storage. There wasn't any sort of remote storage enabled here before interestingly, and when we followed the link to get the private JSON key via Google Integration, it led us to a screen where we had to give permissions to 3CX. This is where we ran into issues, as the client's Google account apparently does not have the Super Admin role despite being the only account on the IAM project for this transcription. Based on my extremely limited knowledge of Google Cloud/Workspace, I think what is happening is that the Google Cloud environment for this client is rather limited in scope and only covers this project. In fact, going to the "organizations" tab I noticed that it was blank. This would make sense to me as the client uses Microsoft 365 for all other cloud operations. In order to proceed, I believe we need to follow this guide instead tor this to work properly.
