Hello guys,

I have a 3CX integration project with Asterisk. Asterisk will have public network communication via Khomp Channel and GSM cards.

I performed the integration procedure according to the document (https://www.3cx.com/docs/) but as soon as I finish I receive the msg in asterisk

[2018-11-14 16:36:09] WARNING [23473]: Chan_sip. c:23728 handle_response_register: Got 404 Not Found on SIP Register to service 10034 @ 192.168.0.12, giving up

Both the 3CX and Asterisk are on the same subnet, without firewall or equipment locks.

I made the connection via Softphone in 3CX and the connection with Bridge works.

Any hint of what might be?

So...the log was from the attempted registration? Is there a corresponding log at the 3CX end?

Trunk is showing registered or not in 3CX?

What does this actually mean...

You were able to place a call over the trunk?

From what you have stated it looks like Asterisk is complaining about something from down the other end of the tunnel, as Leejor states 3CX logs and registration status would be useful.

Hello @Ricardo Copriva

You could also try connecting the 2 systems via trunk. A template for Asterisk is already included in 3CX under the Generic trunk section. See if that works.
