integration between 3CX and Salesforce.com

hello
i followed the instructions for make integration between 3CX and Salesforce.com
have port 5481 tcp/udp open and testing i get a nice 404 not found
is there something i missed?

In that case you have not copied or configured the string correctly. Please follow the steps in the description correctly. You dont need to open any ports, the call between your application and the phone system is done on the local network

the string is:
HYPERLINK("http://192.168.1.88:5481/make_call.php?extnum=127&vmpin=127&to="&Phone,"Click here to call this contact with 3CX") wich generates

http://192.168.1.88:5481/make_call.php?extnum=127&vmpin=127&to=050259975

even running like localhost i get the same 404 The requested URL /make_call.php was not found on this server.
the server box is at 192.168.1.88
the ext # 127
