JOB: If all you need is to get the dialed numbers in a URL, we don't really need much explaining.
ME: yes basically the 2 variables on 3cx that i am using allows me to open a new url and get customer name and number only thing i need is to get what number the customer has called onto my url so that way the number is appointed to a particular url
JOB: Yes, that's very simple to do with the Call Flow Designer.
ME: i have a enterprise licence with 3cx
JOB:
What's the URL that needs to be filled with the CID and DID?
And what destination should the CFD go afterwards, as it will be the first in the route (set via inbound rules)?
ME: so right now i am using these variables and its loading on this page. so i am sending you the full link
https://my.foodhub.com/app/main/dashboard/Orders/order-list?cc=&ph=%CallerNumber%
ME: so my tech guy has given me this url if it helps
https://my.foodhub.com/app/main/dashboard/Orders/order-list?cc=*CID*&ph=%CallerNumber%
JOB:
Two questions:
1. Where should the call go once the CFD has set the URL correctly? Like a call queue or ring group or IVR.
2. What extension should the CFD use on the system for its own? (Do not create an extension, the CFD will take that number for itself.
ME:
1. all calls go into a call queue . so our 3cx all of our numbers are set into call queues .
2. marhaba ext 833
